Process
Selected applicants are invited to informal coffee chats with current members to learn more about the club and share their goals.
Submit a short written application covering your background, interests in finance, and why you want to join WSC.
Selected candidates complete a first round interview covering finance fundamentals, motivation, and initial fit with the WSC community.
Top candidates from the first round are invited back for a final interview, going deeper into technical knowledge and cultural fit.
Successful candidates receive an offer and are welcomed into the club, with immediate access to mentorship and programming.
