The program begins with an intensive three-week introductory finance series, followed by four weeks of focused investment banking training covering valuation, transaction dynamics, and case-based technical preparation. Members then advance into a four-week Sales & Trading track, where they develop market fluency through weekly workshops, market and macro frameworks, trade idea formation, and practical simulations that mirror the pace and decision-making of real trading environments. Delivered through weekly workshops, case studies, and technical training led by experienced mentors and alumni, the program is designed to build both competence and confidence for recruiting, internships, and long-term success across investment banking and markets roles.

The Interview Preparation Mentorship helps members develop the communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills essential for finance recruiting. Participants receive one-on-one feedback, mock interview sessions, and exposure to real interview formats used by leading firms. By combining technical mastery with personalized guidance, the program ensures every member is ready to perform at their best in both behavioral and technical interviews.
